Geeksmack review Mionix Naos 5000 Gaming Mouse
Alex Warren of Geeksmack awards the Mionix Naos 5000 Gaming Mouse 4.5/5 and best buy award
For such a new company like Mionix to release such a competitive gaming peripheral so early on in their career is definitely something worth giving credit for. The Naos 5000 is not only a feast for the eyes but it is also a powerful, ergonomic gaming mouse that may be out of some peoples price range, but anyone considering buying a gaming mouse should stretch their budget for this.

Vortez tests Mionix Naos 5000
Simon Green (FaceplantSi) of Vortez has been reviewing the Mionix Naos 5000:
Mionix have crafted a superb gaming mouse in the Naos 5000. They have clearly taken what was best from their earlier designs and added both functionality and performance whilst maintaining their fantastic level of quality. The Naos 5000 has a superb feel straight out of the box, but add to that it’s customisable weight system and infinitely configurable software options and you truly have a mouse for any and every occasion.
So, we like it. We like it lots in fact – that should be pretty obvious by now! There is however, one little thing we’re not quite so keen on… the price! It is a pricey mouse, even for a high performance gaming mouse. But consider this – it is without a doubt amongst the best gaming mice available today and it should last and last given the clear quality of the components used, so if you are after the ultimate in gaming mice the Mionix Naos 5000 is definitely one not to miss!
The Mionix Naos 5000 is a deserving winner of Vortez Hardware’s Gold Award!

Huge savings on Roccat bundles
Steve has his silly hat on again and is not only reducing the price of the Roccat SDMS Bundle (above) but also is willing to do a deal on the SDMS bundle + Kave Headset or the SDMS bundle +Vire Headset . My advise snap them up while you can before Steve comes to his senses !

Wii accessories reviews
Whoopty at XSReviews has been getting in some serious Wii play time and has been testing some of our Speedlink products
of the Wii Zone Wii Induction Charger :
While certainly not a necessity for a Wii owner, anyone who uses their console a lot and finds themselves flying through batteries, something like this is a great idea. The fact that it’s limited to only 2 Wiimotes is a bit of a shame, but the average user isn’t going to be utilising all four Wiimotes all the time. Plus, the short charge time for the Zone Wii Charger does mean that you can always swap them out when they’re done.

of the Wii Classic GameCube Controller:
I hate writing conclusions like this, where ultimately it comes down to which one you as the consumer prefer. Ultimately though, I have to make an informed decision. Despite my love for the original Gamecube controllers, I’m going to have to give it to the Speedlink Classic. Despite its shorter and oddly placed cabling, it improves on the original design in terms of comfort and button layout.

gold Bubble Chuk !
No it’s not another colour in the Bubble Chuk range – Vortez Hardware have gone and given the Speedlink product their prestigious gold award !
tested by David Mitchelson (Mishima & Han)
There isn’t a lot of testing that can be done with the Bubble Chuk rather than trying it out and comparing it with the Original Wii Nunchuk. In comparison with the weight of the original Wii Nunchuk, the Bubble Chuk is noticeably lighter. In regards to usability the Bubble Chuk fits easier in your hand and with the larger joystick the user has more control.
Personally, I would prefer to use the Bubble Chuk as it is smaller in length, easier to hold and the joystick is much more user friendly due to the bigger surface area. We used the Bubble Chuk and the original Wii Nunchuk at a party over New Year and the feedback towards the Bubble Chuk was pleasing. People generally found it easier to use. Due to the fact there were different shaped and sized hands using the Bubble Chuk at this time, it meant this was a good gage as to whether or not it was a success. The general consensus was that it was a decent product.

Techradar award Roccat Arvo 4.5/5
(Reviewed by Dave James – PCFormat Issue 236)
It’s solid with a reassuringly tactile action to the keys and no bend in the board. It’s fairly aesthetically pleasing too if you’re into your rather angular, stealth fighter look.
